Oscar Dela Hoya vs Floyd Mayweather Rematch

January 26th, 2008 by admin

I am so freaking disappointed between the last fight of Oscar Dela Hoya versus Floyd Mayweather, Oscar should have been because he’s a far better a real boxer than Mayweather. Just to give you a quick look on what had happened on the day of their last fight, before the game started the De La Hoya camp was calm as Freddie Roach led a focused Oscar through the paces, but unsettling news of feuding between Roger and Floyd Sr. came out of Pretty Boy’s headquarters. Oscar surprised his wife with a birthday cake and Mariachi band, while Floyd was calling him a bitch and motherfucker from afar while hamming it up with 50 Cent and the home boys.

Mayweather style of boxing pisses me off, we all know he won a lot of fights because of his running-away style wearing off his enemies until the last round. That was a pathetic style he should have been into the athletic games not in the ring. I’m also wondering why Mayweather is still boxing after all he said his last fight with Dela Hoya was his last and will retire. Mayweather also indicated he would quit after one more fight following his lopsided points win over Carlos Baldomir to claim the WBC welterweight title last week, but I guess his win over Baldomir made him change his mind too. Both fighters will receive career-best purses for the fight. De La Hoya will earn in excess of £13.1million, while Mayweather will pocket over £5.3million.

Anyway, finally looks like they will face again pound for pound this coming September of 2008. Don’t get left behind, grab your ring side De La Hoya vs Mayweather tickets. Seats and tickets are limited so grab yours now!

One of the prettiest and the best tennis player today is Maria Sharapova. Recently, she was seen trolling the shores of Australia carrying her trophy as she won the Australian Open 2008. Here she was seen posing with the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup on a boat along the Yarra River after her victory in the women’s final match against Ana Ivanovic of Serbia on day thirteen of the Australian Open.
